    We only sell the stuff that is available in our warehouse and maintain 100% inventory. We DISPATCH WITHIN 48 HOURS from our warehouse and DELIVER WITHIN 5-7 DAYS depending on the location. For all the nitty-gritty details, dive into our shipping policy.
  • How is my order shipped?
    All Sutralasya orders are shipped door to door, via a number of shipping companies within India from our warehouse in Bengaluru, India to your provided shipping address. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.
  • Do you ship backorders?
    We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 24 hours of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At the moment, our website does not support international orders. However, you can easily place an order via WhatsApp, and payment can be made securely through UPI. Reach out to us for shipping charges and estimated delivery times based on your location.
  • Do you allow returns?
    Yes, we do allow EASY RETURNS. Place a return request within 48 hours of your delivery date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process: Make sure items are in unused condition and include the invoice. Return items in their original packaging with all price tags and labels.     Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. In cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will process a refund for your order. Replacement requests are valid only for the same product in situations of transit damage, wrong delivery, or damaged packaging.
  • Will you accept returns if I have bought products on sale?
    No, if your order contains products sold during a SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only.
