Return & Refund Policy

All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
An irregular weave or print or a stitch or little irregularities are distinctive and inherent to the beauty of this creation, meticulously crafted by hand.
Despite these variables, at Sutralasya, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the product is shipped, whichever comes first. In such cases, we will initiate a refund of your payment within 48 business hours after processing your cancellation request.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you can request it within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide us with the product name, invoice details, and a description of your concern, and include pictures or videos of the product. Ensure that the item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Our team will assess your return request based on quality checks. Once approved, kindly ship the product back to us within 7 days, using the address provided via email. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering return postage costs.
Refund Process
Following our receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. You can expect the amount to be credited to your account within 7 working days.
Return Conditions

The product is damaged in transit.

The product arrives in damaged packaging.

A wrong product has been delivered.
Products not eligible for return

Products with missing items damaged original packaging, tampered price tags and labels.

Products damaged or degraded due to use or overuse.

Products that have already been exchanged and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Discounted, giveaway or sale items cannot be returned.
Replacement Process
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. In cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will process a refund for your order. Replacement requests are valid only for the same product in situations of transit damage, wrong delivery, or damaged packaging.
Please note: Sutralasya reserves the right to refuse or delay refunds for users with a history of questionable charges, such as multiple order cancellations or bulk order cancellations, for a period of up to 3-6 months.
