Shipping Rates and Taxes

Sutralasya.com offers FREE SHIPPING THROUGHOUT INDIA on all items. There are absolutely no hidden charges when you purchase with Sutralasya.com. The prices listed for all items are final and inclusive of all taxes and GST. 

 

Delivery Timelines

We only sell the stuff that is available in our warehouse and maintain 100% inventory. We DISPATCH WITHIN 48 HOURS from our warehouse and DELIVER WITHIN 5-7 DAYS depending on the location.

Please note that delivery may be subject to factors beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbances, natural calamities, acts of God, or any other such force majeure event. Also, please note, if you're participating in a sale event, please be aware that dispatches may experience slight delays due to increased order volumes.

Shipping Backorders

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 24 hours of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

 

Fulfillment Details

Rest assured that we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your package. All Sutralasya orders are shipped door to door, via a number of shipping companies within India from our warehouse in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

"My Orders." When the order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
